All Australian orders are delivered via DHL Express to ensure our customers receive their orders as fast as possible. Mar de Rosas is pleased to partner with DHL to offer this premium service:
- FREE DHL Express Shipping for all Australian Orders over $200.00 AUD
- FLAT RATE fee of $10.00 AUD via DHL Express Shipping for all Australian Orders under $200.00 AUD.
If you place your order before 12pm EST it will normally be shipped the same day, and any orders after then will be shipped the following day. Once dispatched you will be able to track the order via the email notifications that we send you as well as your Mar de Rosas account via our webstore. If you need something urgently please let us know in the comments box on your order and we will do our best to help you get your order when you need it. Delivery times using this premium service are generally next day delivery, with regional areas sometimes taking a bit longer.
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering, and unfortunately we cannot be responsible for orders gone missing due to incorrect address. It is your responsibility to inform us promptly if an order does not arrive by emailing email@example.com and providing your Order Reference. Once we learn an order has not arrived within a reasonable period we will lodge an enquiry with the DHL and keep you posted.
Worldwide shipping is available,except countries that have import/shipping restrictions. If there is no delivery quoted for your country, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will verify if shipping is available in your country. All international customers are responsible for any duties and import taxes incurred and any return shipping costs.

Import Duties & Taxes
All customers are responsbile for paying any import duties and taxes. Mar de Rosas is legally required to declare the full value paid for all international shipments being exported out of Australia as well as attach an invoice with the parcel.

When an order has been dispatched, our order management system will send you a notification email. We have direct integration with DHL's order tracking system and have developed a tracking page for you to check the status of your order. Should you have trouble tracking your order or if it has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at email@example.com and we will gladly investigate with DHL and contact you.
It's OK to change your mind! We accept returns within 5 days of you receiving your order. We will issue a full refund as long as the item is in its original condition and original packaging with the invoice. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for any returns, and we will get back to you with instructions. MAR de ROSAS is not responsible for the return shipping cost for change of mind orders.
All of our products are made by hand therefore there may be slight variations in every piece. These variations are part of the handmade beauty of our garments and not considered a fault. We try to accurately display all product images to represent the final finish, however if there is a significant discrepancy between the representation and the finished product please contact us to arrange a replacement or credit note.
We inspect and pack our products carefully to ensure that you receive them in perfect condition. If you do receive a damaged item please contact us at email@example.com within 5 days of receiving your order to arrange a replacement.
For damaged products we will either issue you a credit note for the amount paid for these goods or send replacement goods at our discretion. In addition, we may ask you to provide photos of the damage so we can investigate the issue further.
Special Offers & Sales
We may provide special offers in relation to our goods from time to time, such as free shipping, order discounts or product discounts. We may also run sales events on the site from time to time. All sales are final and unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
We may terminate any special offers or sales without advance notice at any time.
Unless otherwise stated, all promotional codes and vouchers have a 1 year expiration date. Some vouchers and discounts may be limited to a single use per customer.
Prices and Payments
All prices displayed on the site are in Australian dollars and include 10% GST unless otherwise stated, but exclude shipping charges, customs duties and other taxes, if applicable. All prices are subject to change without notice. All transactions are processed in AUD. We accept various payment methods such as:

We do not accept personal or corporate cheques, or cash. You can find a list of all of the payment methods available on the footer of our website as well as on checkout. ApplePay and GooglePay are available only on selected mobile devices and with the use of their own proprietry browsers. Our checkout system will adapt to the device that you are using to place orders with us and the available payment options will be provided at the time of placing your order.
Although we try our best to double check all content on the site, there may be errors on our website such as wrong pricing, errors in product descriptions/measurements and offers for products that are not available or are no longer available. If this occurs, we may decline or cancel any orders that are affected by the error, even if the order has been confirmed and a credit card charged. If your credit card is charged for the purchase and we cancel the order, we will notify you and refund your credit card for the amount charged.
All goods are offered for sale subject to available stock. If an item is out of stock, we may contact you to offer a substitute. If you don’t want a substitute item and your credit card or PayPal account has been charged for an item that is out of stock, we will cancel your order and issue a refund to your credit card or PayPal account.
